[Nek5000-users] Oscillatory Cylinder

I am trying to set up a case in nekton to model an oscillatory 
cylinder in nekton, I've done some reading on possible 
ways do to it, and I was wondering if a similar problem has 
been performed with nekton and what sorts of boundary conditions were
used. The cylinder oscillates with a small amplitude with respect to its diameter.
