Hi,

     So far I've had no problems with the current build system. Infact 
it was quite easy to use, given that we only need to change options in 
the makenek script to fine tune the build.

     But if you want to change it, how about using the cmake system? In 
addition to doing the same thing as the proposed nekconfigure.in, it 
give pretty output while compiling:P.
