[Nek5000-users] Restart w/o saving over existing fld files?

Hi Michael,

You should be able to combine the restarts with a .visit file.

So:
% ls */*.nek3d
run1/f.nek3d
run2/f.nek3d
% ls */*.nek3d > both_runs.visit
% cat both_runs.visit
run1/f.nek3d
run2/f.nek3d

Then you can open both_runs.visit and it will append the time series
together.

(Is this the problem you were encountering?)
