[Nek5000-users] visit 2.0beta and 1.12.2 problems on windows

[nek5000-users at lists.mcs.anl.gov]

The windows version of visit 2.0beta and 1.12.2 cannot process the attached very simple binary file. The file is opened without complaints, but visit does recognize any variable, not even the grid coordinates.

The file can be visualized without problems on linux and mac.

Any idea what is causing the problem?
