[mpich-discuss] How can we generate source files corresponding to f77 binding

Thanks.
Can anyone tell me how to generate mpif.h from mpif.h.in? There are some
symbolic constants in mpif.h.in generated by buildiface, for example,
"MPI_F77_LONG" in "PARAMETER (MPI_LONG=@MPI_F77_LONG@)". And these symbolic
constants are converted into constants in mpif.h.
