[POOL] call for pool

Hi Moe,

Since we have a number of standby players this season who need to
coordinate with significant others on the nights they play, I'm going
to send out the call for players on Monday.  Hopefully we'll then know
by the end of the work day on Monday whether how many standbys we
need.  If you know if you can or cannot make it for pool on a given
Tue, please [un]signup on the web page by the end of the day on
Monday.
