We entered the night in first place, effectively tied with Mr mR (they entered with 3 wins, but won a makeup match). Given our 3-2 advantage over Mr mR on the night, we should enter next week in first place, unless some other team swept last night.
Paul
ps: Minor corrections. Dick lost the first match by scratching on the 8. Paul was in several of the games; the match could have easily ended in the first game. My match ended with Jeff getting to the 8 before me in the second game, but sinking the 8 in the wrong pocket on a bank shot (side instead of corner). We seemed evenly matched, so hopefully I would have prevailed eventually, even without the unfortunate end.
