I'm fine with rule change 3,4 and 5. I agree that the way to reduce the
time is probably to reduce the number of games, not mess with the
handicapping. I'd propose something similar to what Ti said: Go down
to 4 games in a match but don't count match wins, just count game
wins. Then a 2-2 tie doesn't mean anything. Team rankings will be
determined by total games won-loss. Kind of like baseball, you can talk
about winning a 3 or 4 game series in the regular season but it doesn't
mean anything. Its individual games that count.
