Spinal anatomy 100:

The spine has five parts, from top to bottom: cervical (C1-C7), thoracic
(T1-T12), lumbar (L1-L5), sacral (S1-S5) and coccyx (tail bone). There
are 24 individual vertabrae in the adult spine. Each vertabrae is
referenced by it's location and number.

I've already had C4-C6 fused. The MRI showed a bulging disc at C7-T1.
Though it sounds serious. It's minor and hopefully with physcical
therapy and a change in my workout routine, it won't crop up again for a
long time. It's actually been getting better after just two PT
sessions. I've also been doing neck specific stretches 3x a day.

I appreciate your support and everyone elses.

Thanks,

Roger S.
