Note that any admission item does not include accommodation and transportation fees.


Refund policy
-----------------------------
If you need a cancellation and refund, please let the registration chair (Hainan Ye, yehainan at mail.bafst.com, and Guoxin Kang, kangguoxin at ict.ac.cn) know ASAP.
(1) If canceled by Oct. 31, 2023, the amount refunded would be 100%.
(2) If canceled by Nov. 15, 2023, the amount refunded would be 80%.
(3) Non-refundable after Nov. 15, 2023.
(4) No refund will be provided if the registrant is the only author of an accepted paper who has registered for the conference. Note that multiple papers cannot share the same registration.
