CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS

We are calling for Posters (deadline is Dec. 15).

The 6th R-CCS International Symposium
Science beyond Fugaku: Classical, Quantum, and AI

January 29-30, 2024
Kobe International Conference Center, Kobe, Japan

Technological progress continues to race forward, with visible examples such as the advent of exascale, the felt ubiquity of generative AI, and the foretastes of practical quantum computing. Motivated to meet grand challenges, namely the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Fugaku and future flagship machines provide essential infrastructure for computational and computer science to address emerging global issues.

The 6th R-CCS International Symposium will be held to discuss in depth initiatives being conducted inside and outside the Center. Topics include the transition from "Fugaku" to "Fugaku Next," the blending of conventional and quantum computer technology, and computational and computer science perspectives on future technology, including Science enabled by AI.

Please visit the Symposium Homepage for Further information and Registration.
