[AG-TECH] Access Grid Audio Issue

Thanks for the quick responses! It appears to be both incoming and outgoing audio that is garbled. I am using Windows XP service pack 3 with an external usb sound device with echo cancellation for both sound input and output. I'm not sure exactly what the internal sound card is, however, I know its a standard on board for a Dell 755 system. But the internal sound card is not selected in AccessGrid and I haven't been able to find a way to configure an audio service to input audio from a usb microphone while also sending the output through the sound card (two different pieces of hardware). Also, I will have to check out the packet loss issue, I'm not sure how much I am getting right now. If anyone has any more suggestions I would love to hear them.

Thanks!

Sean

Haven't heard of garbled audio on anything but a Mac. There was some
quality issues when choosing Also vs OSS drivers on Linux, but those I
believe are now resolved.

Is there packet loss associated with the garble? If not, can you select
a different audio device?

Is your outgoing garbled or just your incoming?? What OS / Sound Card
are you using?

Todd
