What are valid flags in iMesh-Defs.inc ??

I just had a quick look, and the only case I found of a non-empty 
IMESH_LDFLAGS variable (MOAB) had that included in the IMESH_LIBS 
variable.  I have fuzzy memories of us talking about IMESH_LIBS, 
IMESH_INCLUDES, and IMESH_DEPS being the only required variables in 
these files, but that could easily be wrong and/or superseded.
