Apologies for multiple copies, etc.

As part of preparing for a possible 'Developers Corner' on the web site,
I am writing this email in an attempt to gather up all outstanding
spec./api/model change proposals that have accumulated in the recent
history of the project.

I am asking that if you have submitted a change proposal say within the
last 18 months, please email me with the details of it and whether you
believe it has been 'ratified' or not. Below is a list of subjects and
statuses that I can recall from memory. I am sure it is incomplete...

iMesh: No cycles in set-inclusion and prnt-chld graph
    Proposer: Carl
    Status: in progress: NOT ratified

iMesh: Store/Retrieve sets/tags on _load_save
    Proposer: Jason and Mark M.
Status: ratified, not all impls pass tests.

iRel: Remove non-one-to-one functions
    Proposer: James Porter
    Status: not yet discussed

iMesh: self adjacency is NOT allowed
    Proposer: Carl and Mark S.
Status: Ratified, do we test for this?

i<Any>: autoconf usage standardization
    Proposer: Carl and Jason
Status: Ratified, only some impls in conformance

iMesh: Eliminate 'special-ness' of root set in various funcs
    Proposer: Mark M.
    Status: NOT ratified

iMesh: create/destroy name change (and others)
Proposer: Mark M. (I thought Mark Beal too)
Status: Ratified (for the most part I think)

iMesh: type and topology in get calls must be consistent
    Proposer: Carl and Karen
    Status: NOT ratified
