Hi all,
Thanks to Carl, we now have the perf test running and gathering data on RefImpl and GRUMMP, in addition to MOAB.
Seegyoung, let me know when FMDB's implementation can run the perf test, and I'll add that data to the plots.
For the other implementations, it might be useful to have "native" implementations of the perf test. I imagine for the
C++-based implementations, for example, that'll perform much better due to inlining. MOAB's native numbers are
substantially better in some cases because I can take advantage of MOAB Ranges. If you're interested in trying to
implement a native version, the MOAB-native and iMesh implementations are at
https://svn.mcs.anl.gov/repos/ITAPS/MOAB/trunk/test/perf/perf.cpp and
https://svn.mcs.anl.gov/repos/ITAPS/MOAB/trunk/test/perf/tstt_perf_binding.cpp, resp.
