One other change to the iRel header I sent, that I forgot to mention, is that I changed the name of getEntSetArrRelation 
to getSetEntArrRelation, since that's more in line with the semantics of the function.

I've updated the iRel document to note these changes, but only at the bottom where specific interface revisions are listed.
