entity set implementation for iMesh and iGeom

Is this everything and is it all up to date?

I do not see iMeshP stuff and lots of the stuff is still called TSTT 
(which makes me wonder if it is up-to-date).

If this is not complete or up-to-date, I guess that is one of the 
overall software clean-up things we need to get done as part of the 
processes we discussed at the last boot camp.
