So one possibility is that we need to add the \" escapes to the provider.

Arjun, this is a good exercise:

- hunt down the debug=true flags that I think you can specify in the provider's .properties file (these might need to get fixed; see the devel list archives on some discussion on this; also check my stable tree for such changes, but mine may not be working for this yet).

- experiment with the required .submit file format manually

- then get the provider to emiyt the right quoting.
