[Swift-user] How to set provider-specific options?

I tried to set debug=true as the last line in etc/provider-pbs.properties in my swift dist directory, hoping to get the PBS provider to retain the .submit file in ~/.globus/scripts.  That didnt seem to work: I didnt get a .submit file there.

Did I do this correctly?
