[Swift-user] Swift/PBS Scheduler Slow to Report "Finished"?

It is with the cog pbs provider <execution provider="pbs" />

And just to clarify for sure, the job is finished right away - the  
output files are ready; but Swift says it is still submitted or  
active, and doesn't do all of the things it normally does when a job  
has "finished successfully" (like copy the output files back into the  
folder with the input files, or delete the temporary work directory,  
for example).
