[Swift-user] debug log not being produced

I just tried to look at your cog checkout in ~quanpt/cog but you have 
permissions set to not allow that so I can't look.

$ ls -ld ~quanpt/cog
drwx------  12 quanpt ci-users 4096 Mar 29 22:51 /home/quanpt/cog
