[Swift-devel] exec not in path despite providing absolute path

The magic of hidden includes.
You are not actually using the site you defined. You probably want to
say
sites: [localhost]
at some point in that config file.
What's happening is that "site: [local]" from etc/swift.conf is used,
and that does not contain your app.
