[Swift-devel] interesting recent papers that cite Swift

Google scholar notifications are handy :).

I'm glad there's a new survey paper of scientific workflow systems - the
Buyya one from 2005(?) that I had been citing previously was good but out
of date.

The Hercules work is pretty cool too - that prompted us to add some
location features to Swift/T that will be more generally useful - all four
combinations of strict/flexible core/node level targeting.
