[Swift-devel] forcing service and local ports in automatic coasters

Hi,

Is it possible to force service and local ports in automatic coasters in
0.96? I tried the env vars SERVICE_PORT and LOCAL_PORT from the persistent
coasters setup but does not seem to work.
