[Swift-devel] Swift/T BNF grammar

Tim, thanks for posting - its great to see this.

At some point, can we copy this to the Swift/T repo?

It would be good to convert it to asciidoc, and also adapt to Swift/K.

Of further interest would be to see a diff between two two dialects as 
seen through the BNF.
