[Swift-devel] How to select the name of the swift run dir in trunk version

Sounds good. I ask this for use in a script that forms a scheduler job 
for a swift run.  The script involved a scheduler submit script. a 
swift.conf file, persistent coaster logs. etc, and the thought is that 
all these things should go in the same run directory.
