[Swift-devel] dump config state

is there a way to dump the config state that an invocation of swift is using?
e.g.
(1) is sitedir.keep and all the rest available in script?
(2) or is there a command line option that doesn't run, but rather blurts out a verbose compendium?
(3) or is there a secret swift directive that can be invoked within the script?
(4) or something...
