[Swift-devel] How to site-wide environment vars?

I'm trying (with trunk) to set site-wide env vars that will be seen by 
_swiftwrap.wrapperstaging (e.g. to indicated the userid to use to 
connect to globus.org).

Is there any way to do this, similar to what's there for setting env 
vars for specific apps?
