[Swift-devel] Example of wrapper staging?

Mihael, can you clarify: is the reason that a scratch tag is required 
simply that the stagein and stageout functions in 
_swiftwrap.wrapperstaging are coded to expect it?  But that limitation 
could eventually be relaxed?
