[Swift-devel] Swift shell script in trunk

Hello, 


I made a change to the 'swift' shell script today in trunk, to prepare for the 0.95 configuration changes. If you're not using the new configuration style, the only difference you should notice is the location of your log files. They'll now go into a numbered run directory (run000, run001, etc). If you notice any other issues/bugs, please let me know.
