[Swift-devel] Are automatic coaster timeout values adjustable?

Can we set the timeouts for automatic coasters on say a per-site or per-run basis?

Specifically I may need this for persistent automatic coasters, to support an app that calls swift repeatedly to run an ensemble of MPI jobs. We'll want to ensure that the coaster workers dont shut down between swift runs, which may take a minute or so for the higher level script to generate after getting each round of results.
