[Swift-devel] Swift 0.94 release planning

I created a preliminary 0.94 for Beagle under
/soft/swift/0.94-2012.1102

As soon as you start tagging release candidates, we should use 0.93RC2 etc as the dir name.

I did not create a module, but we should for each usable RC.  (Lorenzo will do this).
