[Swift-devel] globus provision and swift

The cloudinit.d tool is specifically for this kind of thing.  It is like a general purpose 
globus-provision.  Instead of being tailored for easy use with Globus, it has been created for a 
slightly more sophisticated user that wants create easy demos (and more) of their products.  We and 
example of this with Cloud Foundry.
