Does the scheduler take into account data affinity when making a decision on what site to run an app on? For instance if app1 produces an output file on PADS and app2 can run on both Ranger and PADS will the scheduler give preference to run on PADS over Ranger? I thought that Mihael mentioned this at one point but just want to make sure.
