If the <gridftp> spec is deprecated, what's the equivalent <filesystem> spec? I tried

        <filesystem provider="gridftp" url="gridftp.ranger.tacc.teragrid.org:2811/"/>

and got

	Caused by: org.globus.cog.karajan.scheduler.NoSuchResourceException: Could not find a suitable service/provider for host TeraGrid-Ranger

This is, admittedly, with swift 0.92.
