[Swift-devel] Documentation of sites.xml

Hi Tom,

I don't think there is any documentation that exists which describes every
sites.xml option.. but there should be. I created a bugzilla ticket for
myself to add this. The closest thing right now is the sites.xml entry of
the userguide at
http://www.ci.uchicago.edu/swift/guides/trunk/userguide/userguide.html#_the_site_catalog_sites_xml,
but it is incomplete.
