[Swift-devel] Coasters Service

I have a question on coasters.  If I am on a machine, say bridled, and I set
up automatic coasters with a jobmanager of ssh:pbs for PADS and Beagle in my
sites file, where does the coasters service run?  Is it on the head node of
both PADS and Beagle or is it on my local machine Bridled?
