[Swift-devel] provider.staging.pin.swiftfiles feature

Hi,

I was looking into the provider staging trying to address the issue of
having files accessed directly at remote sites skipping provider staging (
https://bugzilla.mcs.anl.gov/swift/show_bug.cgi?id=676) .

I see the option provider.staging.pin.swiftfiles of swift.properties
appears into vdl-int.k as well as worker.pl but couldn't quite got at what
is the functionality.

Could someone indicate this.
