I will try a different run and get you a fresh log. I think that was when I attempted to see why David couldn't run with the NCSA proxy.  Let me start a new run.

Sorry, but things cannot work properly if certificates are messed up.
Please complain to support at ci.

In the mean time I committed a patch to print better error messages in
such cases (i.e. the above message). So please test that.
