[Swift-devel] Notes from 0.93 meeting

I was going to suggest the NCSA route but I wasn't sure if David had TeraGrid credentials.  I think the server is myproxy.teragrid.org so myproxy-logon -s myproxy.teragrid.org will retrieve a proxy for 11 hours.  If you need help working with myproxy let me know.
