Typos in comment 4 made it un-intelligible. That comment should have read:

Please ignore my prior comment about the job getting killed by replication. 
Allan clarified that the *input* file in question is sent to *two* unique jobs.
So
the only anomaly thats clear is that the transfer of that file,
TEST_218_241_subfx.sgt, to UMiss, never completes.
