$ tar -xzf asciidoc-8.6.4.tar.gz
$ cd asciidoc-8.6.4
$ ./configure --prefix $HOME/asciidoc
$ make install
$ PATH=$PATH:$HOME/asciidoc/bin
$ asciidoc manual.txt # creates manual.html
