[Swift-devel] Issues with provider staging

In testing yesterday with provider staging and coasters, I noticed two anomalies:

- my scripts would pause for a while - about 50 seconds, and then run, then hang

- I suspect a problem in transferring back zero-length result files from the remote site

Has anyone seen similar issues?

I will try to reproduce the problems and get logs, and sort through the logs I already have.
