does anyone have an objection to removing the 'really quick start guide'
from the user guide?

i ask bcs a) we have a quick start guide which seems sufficiently succinct
to me and b) the files referenced in the 'really quick start guide', from
what i can tell, do not exist in our current,stable swift

?
