[Swift-devel] editing swift user guide

Justin has been looking for a way to:

- have an online doc version per-release and per-branch

- easily svn checkout the docs, test your changes to make sure they look ready to post, commit, and push the changes to the right online version to match that branch and release you are editing

Sarah, can you coordinate with Justin on this, post the proposed method to the list, and make it happen?
