[Swift-devel] simple_mapper auto-padding of "."

Hi,

Do we have a swift parameter to remove padding of "." in the suffix in
the test tests/language-behavior/073-simplemapper.swift so that
instead of having an expected output of

073-simplemapper.out

I'll have

073-simplemapperout

instead?
