Given that the pdsh solution was flaky, I committed a patch (in the
branch) to launch multi jobs using ssh. It's a relatively accurate
replica of the code that Gram uses for the same purpose.

Also, there is now an SGE provider. I'm testing it now on ranger. If
anybody has access to other SGE sites, it may be useful to test there
since SGE seems a little less "uniform" than PBS to me.

You may need to specify a parallel environment (either by editing
etc/provider-sge.properties or by adding a "pe" attribute/profile to the
job/site)
