It won't be in 0.8, as this is, as far as I can tell, not a bug that was 
not present a couple weeks ago.

But it would be nice to get more people contributing experiences for 0.9.

It should be straightforward to add configuration options for site 
initialisation commands, although not particularly straightforward to 
determine what the correct values for a site are automatically (which is a 
problem more for OSG than TeraGrid, I think).
