r2438 corrects the behaviour of compute-t-inf; this means that this plot still
shows incorrect duration dostageouts but they now last until the end of the run
instead of to the start of time; this also corrects a few other plots in the
same run which were suffering from large negative durations...

dostageouts that fail still have incorrect durations reported, however.
