A reminder that the IT hardware relocation activity at the University
of Chicago Hyde Park campus will begin tomorrow, December 3 and
conclude Tuesday, December 8. To minimize unavailability of CI
resources, network filesystem operations -- PADS GPFS metadata and CI
SAN migrations -- will be postponed to a later date (TBD) in order to
focus exclusively on move operations.

Power down of the Teraport cluster will start at 12:01 a.m. CST
tomorrow morning (Dec 3).

All other events will follow the original schedule (see below).
Please note that the absence of core IT services on Saturday will
impact all systems connected to the CI infrastructure.

If you have questions regarding the move, please contact
support at ci.uchicago.edu
. Thank you for your patience during this transition period.
